Service Package - The warranty extension for the Teldat product line!

The Service Packages will give you security and expand the capability of your company. Availability - that's the most important requierement of a central networking device! If worst comes, we support you with our new Service Packages over the long term.

By our new Service Packages, the warranty will be extended to 5 years in total (2 years standard warranty plus 3 years warranty extention), including replacement in advance!

Your advantages of the new services for the new Teldat product line:
  • Free-of-charge replacement in advanced within the first 24 months (standard warranty)
  • Together with the spare part device, you will receive a return label. Thus you can sent back the defective device free-of-charge!
  • It is possible to activate the Service Packages within the first 3 months after purchase the Teldat product.
  • The Service Package can easily be obtained from our distributors as well from our resellers.
  • The Service Package ca be claimed anytime by our online Teldat RMA Form.

Service times and availability in different countries:

Germany:

Monday – Friday until 4:00 p.m., replacement in advance will usually take place at the next business day

France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Great Britain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Switzerland*:

Monday - Friday until 3:00 p.m., replacement in advance will usually take place two business days later

The service times for the Service Package apply for replacement in advance within the warranty period as well.

*Please note: In countries that do not belong to the EU, the service times might be delayed.
   
   

Important notes:

  • The Service Package has to be activated during the first 3 months after purchase (within the regular warranty period).
  • All parts have to be in good order and condition.
  • The Service Package can only be activated for a maximum of 3 years (2+3 years = 5 years).
  • The hardware damage has to be covered by the Teldat warranty according to the Teldat General Terms and Conditions. Damages which are caused by the customer by inappropriate use (e.g. damaged frames) are not included in this service.
  • The service only applies for products, for which the Service Package has been activated (serial number).
  • The customer is responsible for (de-) installing the devices as well as for the configuration.
  • Arrange a suitable packaging for the transport.
  • The devective device should be sent within a suitably period (within 10 working days) back to the service partner. If not we will chagre you a flat rate for the device.

Activation of the service packages takes places via the Teldat Online Services.
